Baozhuangpin began in 2009 as a two-person structural design studio working out of a shared workshop. The briefs were small: a jewellery box here, a tea tin there. But the obsession was the same then as it is now — do the structure first, and the beauty will follow.
Today we operate a network of audited production partners across Asia and Europe, a dedicated pre-press and colour-management lab, and an in-house prototyping line that turns a dieline into a physical white sample in under 72 hours. We are not a broker. We are the team that draws the geometry, tests the crease, matches the Pantone and stands on the factory floor while your first run comes off the line.

Colour-managed preflight, trapping, overprint control and Pantone matching on the actual production substrate — not on a screen.
Production
Printing, die-cutting, foil stamping, embossing, windowing, gluing and hand-assembly — supervised by our own QC staff on the factory floor.

Greenwashing is easy and we refuse to do it. When a client asks for sustainable packaging, we start by measuring what the current pack actually weighs, how much void fill it needs and how far it travels. Ten times out of ten, the biggest win is structural — not material substitution.
